Each year the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce hosts a Hot Air Balloon Festival, with multiple launches over the weekend.  This year it ran from July 4 - 6.  They do a couple of mass launches early in the morning, and there were over 15 balloons launched all together.  One of the best places to see the launch is from the Walkway Over the Hudson.  The same pedestrian bridge where we go for the annual family Father's Day picture.  It was very cool, even if the launch is a 6:00AM!  We were out of the house at 4:30 to make sure we got there in time and had a good view.

Here's a few shots of the kids from dinner the other night.  It's hard to believe how big they are getting!

Monday was Allie's graduation from Pre-K.  The kids worked really hard to get ready for the day.  Allie's class led the singing of God Bless America, and all of the kids learned the Pledge of Allegiance in Sign Language!  They also performed the book Cock-a-doodle-doo!  Barnyard Hullabaloo.  Maybe I'm prejudiced, but the piggies were the best part!

I know it's been a while since I've posted, but there's no way I could skip our annual Father's Day family portrait. It's a great day at the Walkway Over the Hudson pedestrian bridge, and the perfect record of how the girls are growing!
